TIMELINE
Driven in part by the April 2018 site visit by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education, the project has a critical timeline. Planning has begun, and construction is set to begin mid-spring 2017 and complete in time for the site visit and the 2018-19 academic year.
To achieve this goal, the team is meeting every other week and has outlined the following key milestones:
Dec. 7 & 8: Design Concepts
Dec. 21 & 22: Design Exploration
Jan. 4 & 5: Design Revisions
Jan. 18 & 19: Design Concept Complete
Feb. 8 & 9: Design Development Progress Check
March 1 & 2: Final Design Complete
March 22 & 23/April 12 & 13: Construction Documents
June 2017: Contractor hired
June 2017 to April 2018:Construction
April 2018: Complete
